Fire Retardant Additive
With the use of our fire retardant additives, all of our paint applications provide an extra layer of protection.
- Project Coordination We work closely with everyone involved in the project - architects, contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC people and city officials to name a few - to save you time and money. We help answer the questions that need answered in the field.
- Build-out Guidance We provide general build-out recommendations to ensure attraction safety and durability as well as cost savings. Typical clients realize over $10,000 in savings with our guidance on Electrical, Paint, Flooring, and HVAC experience.
- All Manuals/Documents We provide you with complete instructions and hard copies of maintenance manuals on all items supplied.
- Complete Training After we install everything, our Install Manager will walk you through your new attraction and train you on maintaining your environment along with some great tricks of the trade to minimize costs.

- Scorecards and Pencils We provide glowing scorecards and pencils so you're guests can keep track of their strokes and compete with their friends.

- Glowing Golf Balls We provide high impact fluorescent golf balls in various colors for your guests to choose from when playing the game.

- Themed Putt-around Props Our packages come with an assortment of putt-around props that coincide with your theme to create additional interest and challenge.
- 3D Floor Props Our golf packages come with reinforced fiberglass and/or foam hard coated props and pieces to create memorable moments as players experience the course. These are key prop pieces that bring the course to life.
- 3D Themed Wall Props To bring the WOW to your course, we also include additional focal 3D wall props to help transform the outer walls and bring more dimension to the course.
- 3D Cosmic Golf Entry Sign This large 3D sign hangs over the entryway to the course, and creates interest and excitement to play.
- Themed Stone Block Edging These thick stone blocks act as edging for the various holes. Painted to blend with your chosen theme, they have unique markings and patterns that make an impact under the black light.
- Raised Contours All of our courses include several concrete-poured raised contours to give the course more depth and elevation, providing a fun and challenging experience for all.
- Photo Opportunity Prop A fun way for guests to remember their experience at your facility by poking their heads through a one of our "photo-opp props".
- Themed Murals Our artists transform your course into an incredible landscape of color and excitement by painting all of your perimeter walls. We set the bar by providing more detail and greater concentrations of pigmented colors for vibrancy, durability and guest impact.
- 3D Themed Course Archways Large themed archways spanning approximately 8 feet high by 8 feet wide provide a great visual change to the landscape and provide a nice natural break in the course storyline.
- 3D Themed Putt-throughs 3D themed challenge putt-through hole props utilize the putt-and-reward strategy and are spread throughout your course for interest and intrigue.
- Last Hole Challenge Ramp This large interactive themed ramp structure with intricate shapes and lock box for secure ball retrieval, completes the course with a bang.
- 3D Entrance Archway This 3D archway enhances the Cosmic Golf sign provided to tie everything together and create a great focal entry piece for your attraction.
- Carpet Supply Many choose to supply their own carpeting, but if you're looking for us to turnkey your attraction, we will supply the heavy-weight carpeting and ship it to your site with this package.
- Carpet Installation Choosing this package, we also will have a professional carpet installer come in and lay all the required carpeting and perform the necessary cuts around the props and pieces to complete the course.
- Drilling of Floor Holes One of the more difficult things associated with the installation is drilling the deep holes required in the concrete to create the golf cups. This package takes care of this expensive piece allowing us to bring our diamond tip core saw to complete the job.
