An experienced veteran of the design, fabrication, and creation of themed environments and attractions for nearly 20 years, Jeff started this company on a mission to deliver the WOW Effect one client at a time. As an innovator of new products, he plans the overall direction for the company and guides his Team with a unique blend of steady leadership, witty humor, unsinkable determination, and endless creativity to ensure the client's needs are met on time and on budget. As an investor and consultant in various businesses as well as a trade publication writer, conference speaker, and board member for IAAPA and AAMA organizations, Mr. Schilling is always looking for opportunities to grow the company, the industry as a whole and provide the very best for his clients.

He has also been a vacation consultant for luxury accommodations and has developed programming for the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, the largest children's museum in the world. Lou understands the importance of creating a lasting impression on guests, and enjoys helping our clients build packages that will maximize revenue.

David Haas, Design Engineer
David leads the department responsible for concept development, 3D object modeling, and thematic signage. He’s literally brimming with creativity and brings a lot of personality to his work, whether it’s inside the production studio or on-site at the project space. In addition to managing the process that breathes life into our clients’ ideas, he also manages the installation process at our client sites and ensures we achieve the intended results from concept to completion.

Chris Savoy, Design Architect
Chris is our resident design expert. With a B.S. in Interior Design and a Masters in Architecture, he brings a trained eye to the layout and design process for each of our clients. Chris is a creative problem solver and conceptual designer with 18 years of team leadership experience. His experience allows us to deliver any architectural services that our clients may need.

Taking our clients' ideas and creating conceptual imagery is Doug's talent. From rough sketches to colored renderings, he has an amazing ability to visualize what our clients are thinking and to help them make decisions about their theming.

Japheth Cox, Carpenter
Japheth leads the team of craftsmen in the design, routing, construction, and finishing of our custom and production themed wood elements. Japheth has served in many capacities on both the production and installation sides, and continues our tradition of creating stunning visual elements for our clients around the world. He is also a father of 3 and woodworking hobbyist.

Kurt Cooper, Carpenter
As a contractor by trade, Kurt brings practical knowledge and methodologies to the table when it comes to the construction of complex and larger structures. Versed in residential remodeling, he brings a wealth of information on various techniques and tools-of-the-trade to complete projects.

Grayson Kneisley, Sculptor
Grayson is one of the special ones around here that make dreams come true for our clients. He is one of those rare people who can look at a square block of foam and see a Da Vinci masterpiece inside. Even rarer, is his uncanny ability to reveal the masterpiece by carving, shaping, etching, and sanding the unwanted pieces away from it and showing us what was there all the time.

Michael Clement, Artist
A veteran artist for many years with an intense background in scenic design, 3D airbrushed artwork, and fine-detailed finishing, Mike helps to add color and realism to everything we create. He is another one of our dream-makers as he has a unique talent for understanding shapes, dimensions, colors, contrasts, shading and a multitude of other concepts that enable him to make the unreal look real and the unbelievable to look believable.

Matthew Hirons, Artist
Matt has an eye for detail and a creative mind that helps drive innovative and unique ideas into the paint we apply. He helps transport a prop from its raw stage to a finished state using an array of colors and techniques to bring realism and wonder to the piece. As a finish painter, you will find him onsite many projects helping to tie in and transition areas to create 3D spaces from 2D walls.

Martin Kuntz, Artist
Martin provides a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of artistic reverence. After graduating Cum Laude from the Maryland Institute College of Art, his art career has taken him all across the country where he has built scenic designs for major TV and theater productions, opened solo gallery exhibits, and even painted a set for the Jimmy Fallon Show during his stop in Indianapolis in 2012. His experience provides us the ability to create any environment imaginable for our clients.

Wilson Barahona, Fabricator
Wilson is a valuable member of our assembly and install team. With his experience in construction and landscaping, he brings efficiency and quality craftsmanship to the manufacturing of our products as well as during the installation process. Wilson’s work ethic is extraordinary and inspires those around him to produce the quality our customers have come to expect from us.

Chan Ferriera, Fabricator
Chan is a master of all trades as he works in various areas as required to get a project from start to completion. He is famous for his statement "Boom Done" as he strives to ensure things are completed in an efficient and timely manner. He helps to keep things organized and on track in our shipping department and you'll find him at times on a project installation. He is a great asset to our team and a pleasure to work with.

Daniel Davis, Fabricator
Daniel comes from sunny California. After working in construction and fence building, we were fortunate enough to add him to our team when he re-located to Indiana. Daniel is a hard worker and thrives on putting in an honest day’s work. He is a great asset to our team both in the shop as well as during the installation process.

Ron Kirschbaum, Fabricator
Ron is a go-to guy in our shop. From the Wood Dept to our Paint Dept, Ron fills in the gaps wherever needed and does it with a positive attitude. We are thankful to have people like him on our team.
